Default Replace Head Unit?

Hi,

I've noticed now it's getting cold, until the car is warm, the ICE (Premium I think it is) will not work correctly:

- Nav stuck on loading
- No BT
- No Radio

Once warm, all is well again (after turning the car off and letting the ICE fully turn off first).

My first thought is the Hard Disk that runs the Nav and other parts might be on the blink as they can temperamental in colder temperatures.

So my question is, whether it's the head unit or just the disk inside - has anyone had any joy in replacing one easily (2nd hand head units whilst not cheap, are much cheaper than Volvo prices). I'm guessing you would need to hook up to VIDA to enable a different unit?

Thanks.
