Default XC60 buying advice

Looking at a '09 XC60 2.5D DRIVe SE .
Any advice on what to look out for, reliability, economy, owning etc etc.
Seen one for 8k with 112k on the clock, which seems high for that year with that mileage but it seems they do hold their price, popularity.
Any advice much apprecited

How much is it?
Does it have service history?
Has the cam belt tensioner and auxiliary belt and tensioner been replaced?

Cam belt-10yrs or 108000miles Auxiliarybelt every 54000 miles!

Thanks for the prompt reply.
It is £8000 with a FSH by Volvo dealer.
I was unaware of cambelt and auxiliary tensioners, thanks for the heads up, I will ask the seller, although I'm assuming with a FSH by Volvo these will have been done.
Cheers

With regards to Volvo i would assume nothing unless you have an invoice showing the work done, which is unlikely due to Data protection!

Do it say anywhere in the service book?

Assume nothing in the 2nd hand car market, proof in form of a paid invoice the absolute minimum!!!

Beaten to it, or budget in price to have them done.
