Default 04-05 Price

Hi,

Just a quick question, i'm really looking into getting a 2005 S60R, with less than 100k miles. Can anybody give me a general guideline price so I know what to expect and what to save up? After searching around I've seen prices ranging from 3k up to 10k!

Kind Regards

Price will also vary on whether it has new shocks ($$$), new angle gear (AWD), and perhaps a new clutch/slave cylinder on manual transmissions. All this along the more usual wear items by these miles, wishbone, steering bits, cam belt, PCV, etc

Automatic transmissions can be fragile when abused if the fluid was never replaced.

You might struggle to find one with less than 100k.

Not true, mine has 59K on it, 2005MY owned it since 2008 on 30K miles! Original clutch still, no angle gear issues ever either, AWD works spot on, car launches nicely in the recent snow we had! Biggest expense I've had was 2 months ago, car wouldn't start, turned out to be a fuel pump computer which goes under the rear passenger bench and cost ~£360 from volvo. Sadly, they also had to try a new fuel pump as that was the intial/obvious thing which cost another ~£300 fitted.

Test drive as many as you can.
