Default Very soft brake pedal.

Possibility?
One 'burst' brake hose, could indicate one more brake hose about to burst!

You will need to get an assistant to pressurise the brake pedal while you thoroughly examine the other two hoses for evidence of ballooning.

Well, that's a good start in the elimination process.

Personally I would not simply replace one brake hose unless you knew the other two had recently been renewed.

It could also be that there is still air in the brake system.
How did you bleed the system after installing new brake pipe?

Run a transparent plastic hose from the caliper (each one in turn) to the reservoir and pump the pedal. Keep doing it until there are no more bubbles in the hose.

I found that unless you have the engine running so all the valves on the abs module are open you struggle to remove all the air in the system
