That's the error for one of the solenoids that does the actual gear shifting. You could use the "test mode no. 4" on the diagnostic probe to try activating it and see if you can hear it work. The fault, especially if intermittent, may be with the wiring connector rather than the actual solenoid. They are well-know for deteriorating over time. If you can safely access under the car you could check the wiring connectors and clean them up as needed.

Cheers for the tip, I've got it going in for a power transmission flush this month so have asked them to tidy up the connector if its looking rough while they're there
