Auxillary options for XC90 2005
Had my beautiful beast XC90 for a couple of months now, and now I've now come to terms with the cost of running it I'm loving it to bits ...
Anyway, as the car is a 2005 I do not have an auxillary input for an I-pod etc. Just wondering if anybody can offer some advice, can I have one fitted or is there a cheaper and more cheerful solution? Thanks |

I install the PARROT MKI9000 KIT which offer the IPOD, auxiliary and jack connection.

Err - just checked compatibility - not for XC90s with the Premium Sound package - like mine.

Bajou, was this easy to fit? I am thinking of getting this or the 9100. Also, what is the sound quality like?
Cheers |

Thanks so much for the advice ... so do I'm guessing the only option is the Parrot MKi9000? I don't think I have the premium sound system so maybe it will work. Interested to know what the quality is like Bajou?
Thanks again **UPDATED .... I've just realised that as I my stereo isn't bluetooth so the MKi9000 probably won't connect afterall. Am I being dumb or is that right? Help!? Jane Last edited by Tonksy; Jan 17th, 2010 at 15:39. |
