I used The Wheel Specialist in Segensworth. £360! If you have them on the car there's a month waiting list, but if you can drop them off it's a 48 hour turnaround. They have come out fantastic I am so pleased.

Now I have the car back and working I installed the Volvo factory sub last night. I've installed it and tested it with the original HU as I didn't want to swap the new head unit in without ensuring it worked.

You have to have the jack and tools moved from the wheel well and a different locking wheel anchorage. I picked up the locking plastic wheel anchorage that's a far lower profile to allow the sub to fit from Volvo yesterday. Took about a week to arrive from ordering. I believe supply is limited so if you ever plan to get a factory sub make sure you have access to this anchorage!

Unfortunately the foam piece for the jack is now NLA so it will be a case of sourcing one from a donor car to attain 'factory', or make one out of foam to secure the jack.

I've added the pictures here of the parts to help others in their factory sub quest.

Foam insert #8671988
Plastic wheel anchorage #9492798

Factory subs can be found on eBay or scrapyards - ensure you car has the sub loom in place ready for plug and play!
