Default 2010 XC90 D5 185bhp cylinder head removal

Can anyone tell me the best way to remove the exhaust manifold from D5 XC90 as I’m removing the cylinder head. I’ve got it stripped down and the only thing holding it on now is the exhaust manifold, I can’t find any sort of guide anywhere online.

Cheers
