Well here goes:-
Engine: Recirc gone and forge plate fitted Exterior: De-chromed Badges (polished back to black) Headlight wipers gone (new headlight panels fitted) black grill 2000+ volvo badge 2000+ Washer jets Twin exhaust (black to match the badges) Interior: Led conversion to centre consol Full Nokia Car Kit fitted Suspension: Volvo strut brace Other: I'm an electrical engineer as one of my jobs so most of my mods are Improvements to the electrical system, as I see it, so: Fog lights come on with high beam (bit of extra light) Fogs come on when the car is unlocked and off after 30 seconds/ignition on (like the Mercs) Kick down knocks off the aircon for a bit more torque rear led strobes fitted to head rests for when i do the safety car at marham headlight wigwags for marham too (off road use only) rear nearside fog light connected (and both flash if required) Sorry thats it I'm after an ECU remap next,,, which is best??,,, MTE seem popular. Yes, MTE are very very good, I'd recommend them. Speak to Don at Kalmar Union for dates when MTE can do custom bespoke mapping also.

2.3 turbo engine , Rs500 spec turbo , wastegate not working. open diff , 205.55.15 kumho rain tyres inboard front suspension fully adjustable dampers slow@slow.slow first run

go fast bits are...
mbc @ 14 psi (soon to be 18 psi when i get all limits removed) wait for the clatter ! decat via cat honeycomb removal. fse fuel pressure regulator. K+N panel. irridium plugs ??? black fluffy dice and a 2.3 TURBO decal off a saab 9000, just sounds faster than a T5 decal. and other cosmetic stuff that looks pretty but pretty aint quick !! wayne

I assume the T4 engines are stronger than the 2.0T??? It's just that i was hopeing to get a V40 T4 next and i don't want the rods to bend on me.
