Anyone else had problems with the cabin heater?
Mine takes a good 10 mins to alter temperature! Also, I've had the drivers seatbelt changed but now have the red seatbelt/airbag dash light lit. Any clues on how to reset? |

Is the engine getting up to temperature quickly, ie. within 2 miles of setting off?
If not I would recommend changing the engine coolant thermostat. Costs under £10 and made a big difference to how soon my engine and hence the heater got up to temperature. ![]() |

Thanks for the reply.
The engine heats up fine. The cabin heater also gets up to the desired setting quick enough but should I then decide that it's too hot/cold & I adjust the knob, it then takes a good 10 mins to change & continues in this way each time I alter the temp. |

can you hear a clicking sound behind the dashboard? if so, the cogs on the control motor have worn.
