I took it out for a drive today and it is now slower and backfires. If I clamp the return line it still speeds up.
I cleaned the throttle body about the same time I changed the o2 sensor, any other thoughts? |

That was presumably the ignition timing, not the valve? Could the timing belt be worn or not tensioning, and it has jumped some teeth on a sprocket? Engine earth lead clean? It's a basic point, but as I recently learned, a poor earth causes all sorts of trouble. |
