P1800 Wanted

Hello Everyone,

I have owned three Volvo's in recent years, a 164, an S40 and a P1800ES. The car that i enjoyed the most was the ES and i am now looking for a coupe version. I would prefer a 1800E but would consider other models. I am not looking for a perfect car, i would prefer a car that needs some work, perhaps an unfinished restoration project or a car that has not been used for a few years. I would prefer a car that was at least running as i am getting too old to push!

Can anyone help me?

Hi I have a 1972 p1800es 59000 miles for sale due to illness, its a none runner mainly due to it partly being taken to bits, radiator reconditioned with new top and bottom connections not fitted, new exhaust not fitted new front grill and chrome work not fitted, no battery, new chrome for front lights new wheel bolts, new chrome for sides of car, new floor panels for driver and passenger plus other bits and pieces. In total I've spent around £1400 but will let go for around £950.
The number plate has been valued at £1000, I was curious of its value as it was 3 common letter followed by 1999 a year a couple may have got married or the date of their child's birth, I was offer £1000 after 3 days, I couldn't sell it as it hadn't been taxed or tested for some years but it adds a little to its value. All parts I believe are complete to rebuild car except front window. It does require some welding and a paint job.
