Most rebuild companies will do a full rebuild with warranty for around £175. You can also buy Metlett branded CHRAs for £160.

Nothing wrong with Melett cores. They're a UK based company that do all deisgn and manufactured in the UK to all current OE and ISO standards. They're also a leading supplier to several turbo rebuilders/manufacturers.

Nice one. Do you know if the 15G core fits in my standard turbo hosing? I have a 940 with a Mitsubishi standard turbo

You can modify the cold air side to match the performance of the 15G. It needs doing by a specialist. I was talking to a someone who does only turbo and he confirmed he is sending out often a batch of 13C (original 940 turbo) cold side to make them similar to flow from 15G. The core seems to be more or less identical for both.
