Default Problems with Fitting a 13 Pin wiring loom

Hi
I have installed a volvo 13 pin wiring loom for my xc90 but have a problem when connecting it to the control module
I can connect the black connector to the fuse board ok but the control module does not have any more spaces to connect the green and grey connectors to it
and the fuse board has all ready fuses in the spaces require to make it work
the car has the rear dvd system installed is this causing the problem
Is it a trip to the dealer?
Thanks in advance of any replys

It sounds as if you don't have the trailer module , the green and grey plugs fit into that . then you get the dealer to download the appropriate software ...
