v50 jmmobiliser no start poss ecu fault ?
2005 v50 my battery went flat put new on..no start says immobilser see manual..guy came to re program key but could not..checksum error on ecu he said...too nive to scrap

this is one of the most common things when battery's fail in 2.0d volvos you will need to get the immobiliser comunication software loaded back to the ecm at the dealers .
