both our leaf and our v60 start charging within about 30 seconds of plugging in.

I have a few times not pushed the lead in far enough on the charger end and its given the yellow light as it hasn't made a connection properly, I assumed its the comms pin not getting enough contact causing an error?
Annoyingly we are in between electric cars ... My wife's Zoe has gone and we are waiting for her Smart Roadster ... It would have been helpful to have tried another car when mine does not want to charge.

Next time it happens I will try the 3-pin charger....

I think this is now resolved.

Last time my car didn't want to charge, I used my 3 pin charger, and it worked straight away.

Rang Chargemaster who suggested "rebooting" the wall charger. After doing so, no more charging problems :-)

Final update to this story.....

Rebooting the charging point was not a fix, after one successful charge I continued to have the same problems.

Chargemaster have visited today and replaced my faulty wall charger under warranty. All working nicely now
