Default can this part be ordered?

there's a little plastic surround piece that keeps the drivers seat belt behaved when it's being pulled out - by the drivers head as the belt comes out of the side of the car.
Mine has broken meaning the belt's getting stuck and starting to fray ever so slightly.
Does anyone know what this part is called and if it can be bought without the whole trim piece the belt emerges through?

thanks

found one on eBay for 20 quid!

Looks like the drivers side part numbers are:

39873715 - beige
39966532 - grey

Skandix have them for just under 20 euros, but might be worth calling your local dealer to see what they can get it for.
