Default Windscreen washer pump

My windscreen washer pump stopped working.
Bought a new pump,-still not working.
Checked the stalk,- 12 volts into the switch is fine, also the switch works, but no power to the cable attached to the pump.
Fuses are OK.
Haynes manual says white wire from the interior fusebox to the pump,-other schematics on the web says gray wire.
Anyone here who is an expert on this?

Mine stopped working last year due to corrosion on the connectors. Try cleaning the connectors in the plastic block connector. Folded emery cloth should work.

Colour code problem solved:
The Haynes manual is wrong,-schematics found on the www are correct.
The washer fluid reservoir has two pumps where only one is visible viewed from the wheel well. This one has a blue-pink wire and is the rear window pump.
The windshield washer pump has a grey wire but is hidden from sight from the wheel well.

I had the same problem locating the pump due to the Haynes manual. The windscreen pump is at the front of the reservoir and can be removed and refitted by removing the indicator and using your left hand through the hole.
