Do you have evidence that you registered these faults before the warranty ran out and that the repairs that they made did not cure the faults?

If you have then I would write to VCC explaining your dissatisfaction, they may make a contribution towards the cost of rectifying the issue.

If you don't have the documented proof then I would worry it become a case of he says, she says and it will be very difficult to win anything leaving your only option being a reasonable dealer and a reasonable case from your side.

Good luck, I hope you have something that shows you were not satisfied with the repairs previously undertaken.

Hi, yes everything is on the system. All the various visits for the various problems, where they have simply put "No fault found", or "tested and working as normal". I've spoken to C.A.B and they have confirmed that I am covered by the "Supply of Goods & Services Act 1982" for up to 6 years. I then rang back the dealer just to get them to email me a copy of the report, but before I got a chance to tell them that I had spoken to C.A.B I was told that they were already fixing the mirrors, and that the service manager was looking into the other problems and would be speaking to VOLVO UK to see what could be fixed as a good will gesture, but their system was down, so would need to wait until monday.
