Default V40 D4 190hp stalling Dec 2014

Hi, anyone ideas: The motor started stalling and having limited motorpower. I had the EGR cleaned and programmed closed. The auto afterwards ran 8000 miles no problem. Now it started again. What is likely: airintake, exhaustion, high pressure pump, injectors, or? Where to start?

I have some questions.

When does it stall?

Is it stalling when the car is stationary and the gearbox is in neutral?

Is sit stalling when the car is stationary and the gearbox is in drive?

Is it stalling when you start to move off?

Is the engine dying when you are travelling at speed?
And

Has the EGR cooler been cleaned?

Are there any warning lights?

How many miles or kilometres has the car done?

Do you make many long journeys?

How long have you owned the car?

Do you have service history?

When were major service items such as fuel filter last changed?

All of this information will help us to ty to diagnose the problem.

It is a stick shift (manual). It is sometimes stalling when starting to move but most often when I get into 3 or higher gears. All filters where changed 10k km ago. I had sort of same problem in the spring and then the egr was cleaned and programmed closed. I own the car 2 years. The car only has 160k km, and sometimes I drive 1000 km but most often small trips of 20-30 km. The warning comes on when starting but when I click escape/okay it disappears and sometime comes back and sometimes not. But when driving I really fill like as if I press the accelerator and lift the foot, not the whole time but often enough. I wonder if it is the fuel pump, the injectors, or maybe something with the airintake or the exhaustion..
