You may have to phone your local dealer to enquire about buying parts and get them to send you the quote, which will have the part numbers on it.

VIDA won't work on a car this new. The parts department in the dealer will have the correct software.

Its not on the VIN plate its on a sticker on one of the door surrounds the "Chassis Type Plate" But the codes wont mean anything they relate to springs , Dampers ETC which are listed in VIDA.

I've managed to get the part numbers I needed from my local Volvo dealer now, I tried two dealers and one refused to give me the part numbers, but one did.

There must be something special about the springs and dampers on the D6 Hybrid as I'm looking at almost £600 per side to build a complete strut.

Yes, I've had that too. They don't like giving part numbers, as usually it means you'll take your business elsewhere using those numbers (i.e. aftermarket).
