S40 2.0T SE 1999 for sale

Im selling my lovely Volvo S40 2.0T SE (sad moment as ive had it from new and have kept it in superb condition) its a 160BHP light pressure turbo top of range model with mid grey leather interior, metallic Blue, It has the top spec HU803 sound system with 6CD boot changer, Electric tilt/slide sunroof, electric windows all round, Heated front seats, electric/heated mirrors, Full aircon system (recently re gassed and works very well in hot weather), Cruise control.

The car has been exceptionally maintained throughout its 11 years, parts being replaced before they needed to and the oil/filter has been changed every 6k miles (after volvo warranty period) with high quality semi synth oil, the turbo has been re built with a new wastegate some time ago, and the engine is quiet and pulls superbly. It has 171K miles on the clock. If your concerned about the high mileage I think youll be surprised by how well this car runs and is a testament to the high quality of Volvos (and a bit of maintenance also helped!!). As to the price if your looking at other S40s at half this price, bear in mind that this car has had several times the asking price spent (at garage rates) in essential maintenance on it, so although you may find cheaper S40's than this, they probably wont be spec of this one, or have been maintained so thoroughly.

The car has the 2 original remotes/keys, and service information going back 11 years ! (quite a thick pile of papers/bills !)

New carpet mat set (£110 / last year)
Battery
Front Bumper & Radiator(thanks to a badger!)
Drop Links & front anti rollbar bushes
Mid exhaust section
Brake pads/rear (disc pads all have good thickness on them) Cambelt/tensioners plus Aux belt tensioner (all done at 162K) so no cambelt worries!
The list goes on!..

It has Yokohama tyres on the front (good tread) and Pirelli P6000 on the rear.

The car has never let me down in 11 years, so i will be sad to see it go
