XC60 Club meets

Does anyone know of any Owners club meets etc for XC60 owners in the South.

Not sure they have specific XC60 meets but the do have Volvo meets, they can be found from the homepage of this forum.

With my previous car, we were given a free track training day at the prodrive test circuit in warwickshire. http://www.prodrive.com/level2.html?id=22 never got to try the off-road circuit - obviously, but it might be an option for XC60'ers. the DRIVe guys could watch, or just use the skid pan!

Now we need a definition of 'contribute'

Do we really want to see what each other looks like, and find out that everybody else's car is better specced than your own

Sounds like a fun idea

He he, perhaps we could get Volvo to put us up in a 5 star hotel as we'd be giving them Free advertising.

Appalling as it sounds, but having flagged people off for years for having unnecessary off road vehicles, having bitten the bullet and bought one I wouldn't mind finding out how to drive it. So if there's a chance of having a bash on something lumpy then I'd have a do.

It looks as if we might have some interest, once I have my vehicle end of April I will see if we can arrange a meet initially in say the Cotswolds.

We can meet at a pub and then discuss a possible track/off road day.
