Question HELP! OBD Connector Location and Service Reset

Hi, Newbie here, recently acquired a 2009 2.4D Lux. Just serviced but not by Volvo hence Service Light is on. The usual "press Trip wait 'til indicator flashes release trip" does not seem to work for me. I get the beep but the service indicator comes back every time. I have an ODB II reader which should also work to reset the indicator but was wondering where the connector was in the car. Does anyone know?

Also planning to fit R-Design Foglight Housings. I believe these are a straight swop. Am I correct?
