V90 CC towing electric socket

We have a 2021 v90CC with a factory drop down tow hitch and electrics.
After the trailer came off the hitch it broke the plastic surround of the integral 13 pin socket which then fails to secure the 13 pin plug securely.
Volvo quoted me £1,400.00 for the complete system, tow hook, sub- frame, and electrics when all I need is the outer housing for the socket, a piece of plastic about 60mm dia.
Needless to say, we were not amused, but have failed to find any way of finding sub-assemblies of the towing system.
Does the collective hive, have any good ideas where we might find bits rather than the whole?

Have you got a close up photo of the plug? It could be the standard plug available anywhere.( held on with 3 screws?) If not you would have to look for a used one... the whole volvo kit is available with just one part number . They need to contact volvo technical to see if a socket can me made available its crazy you have to have the whole system just for a £10 plug. It never used to be like that all parts were available separately.

If you check fleabay there is a seller of used volvo towbars, its worth a try contacting them to see if they have the bit your after.
