The process is to remove the clutch from the compressor, remove a shim to reduce the the gap to the correct distance and then put it back on. It took my local specialist less than half an hour to do the whole thing and if your AC specialist doesn't think it is adjustable you should probably go find somewhere else.

Default So Which sensor?

Sorry , but i have a similar issue ... and have changed my internal sensor in the heater box ,,, ( had a 50ohm reading , old one had a 5ohm reading) , but this didnt sole my issue.

So its the external sensor in the mirror that needs replacing? but , the temp display on the dash seems to be working / relaitively accurate too .

Sorry about this , be patient , im a rookie with V50 electrics , learning quick thou
