Default Power steering issue that wont go away

I've got a 2009 S40 D5. On a cold start the steering will be stiff (nearly solid) to moving from straight centre left or right, this will continue to be a problem for 5-10 minutes but only present when the steering is dead centre and then moved, after about 5-10 minutes the issue will disappear until the next cold start. I've replaced the steering rack, power steering pump fluid and strut bearings, and the problem is still present. I've checked all the bushings and replaced the wheels bearings, discs, pads and wheels. I'm now stuck as to what the cause of issue now is. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm think of replacing the steering position sensor and yaw sensor next. If I can't work out the cause of this issue she'll fail the next mot and the old girl will have to go. If anyone has any recommendations or experience of this your advice would be greatly appreciated
