As mentioned in another post - write to custcare@volvocars.com and complain.

If enough people make their feelings felt then they *may* actually start to do something - regrettably although some Volvo tech people read these fora Customer Care don't as they reckon their is nothing if value to be found here - that is what they told me!

Ah that's better, feels like something is changing, maybe it was my email to customer services this week.. (for those who don't know me., no I dont expect it was!)

Hello Considered. Further to your point on the other thread. No response yet but will try later. Did do a drive by the dealer and didn't spot it - It's red so would be easy to see!!

Starting to sound a bit monotonous here buy MyVolvo still down so wanted to check to see if it has been delivered before making contact.

Still doesn't recognise a MY15 XC60 order..

Nice to see it's up and running but sadly no enhancement for your MY15 order. Bit naff given it was off for almost 4 days and there appears to be no changes to any of the appearance or content.

My car is showing two weeks but dealer advises it's not here yet (early next week) so will hopefully be able to collect end of next week if all goes to plan.

Question is do I have the the supaguard finish inside and out (particularly outside given it's red and prone to fade)? Not fussed about all the other stuff they try and flog but do like the idea of some protection on inside and out.

I would and have had Supagard before. It does keep the paintwork cleaner and the internal treatment on the carpet is excellent.

Many will say it is not worth it, you can do it for cheaper yourself, you re being ripped off, they dealer valet doesn't know what he is doing ...

Let them say whatever they want to, I - and many others - consider it worthwhile.
