Pleased your V90 did not have any noise issues when you fitted your mudflaps, I must admit the flaps do look good and keep the car a lot cleaner so it would be a shame to take mine off, my car is noisy anyway so I am thinking of fitting this under the wheel arch liners.

I purchased and received the China made mud flaps for our new V90. As mentioned elsewhere, the mud flaps included extra screws (philips, not torx) and several metal U-nuts.

The mud flaps are a perfect fit. For the rear mud flaps I did install the fourth screw which added a bit more support than that provided by Volvo's rear mud flaps. This required adding a hole to the rear fender liner at the appropriate spot...which required that the mud flap be installed first to simply locate where the new hole was to be drilled in the fender liner "fabric/plastic". Behind the fender liner where the new screw is to be located, there is already a U-nut mounting location inside the bumper. This position is unused by Volvo...apparently Volvo decided the extra support for the fender liner was unnecessary.

Instead of using the metal U-nut supplied with the mud flaps, I purchased and used new plastic U-nuts similar to those used for all the other fender liner attachment screws. The original U-nuts are from a company named EJOT located in Europe. Their "EASYBoss" U-nuts are used by Volvo on our V90. The EJOT U-nut looks like this:

The actual part number from Volvo was unknown by the dealer because the part is not well identified on their display screen, and the dealer didn't want to order a part which might be the wrong item. (I was very surprised the dealer did not stock the item.) I did find an EJOT part number of 860 1967 761 from the EJOT EASYBoss catalogue (which was itself hard to find online), but that part number was a dead end for me as EJOT as a company only sells to industry in the states and no distributor carries their stock. I then found a similar part from a different manufacture distributed by a US based automotive fastener distributor (Auveco). The Auveco part numbers 21933 or 21934 work just fine.

I did find the Volvo part number for the clips used to attach the mud flaps and fender liners: It is Volvo part number 30640541
