Thanks. I think it's not a million miles off that pic. So might be oil , might be swirl arm. I do all 2 mile school trips and little else so maybe I'll take it for a long drive and see if anything changes

Been a while since I've been online here, so my memory is shot, do we have some sort of members map available, especially those with a Dice/Vida set up prepared to help a fellow out? I always wince for those that have to go and pay a Volvo dealer to get the codes read, some are pretty reasonable, but others sound like a costly nightmare!

If you were closer I'd happily run your car on mine. I do occasionally visit family close to Sussex, but not due down there for months yet.

Update : So i updated the s/w on my i906, still no codes using auto detection mode. Went into manual mode and 3 codes appears under Engine (i think). 2 were from the sensors that we changed and 1 was A/C not working. Cleared coded, message gone.

No clue if it will last but for now the message is no longer popping up.

I found auto detection doesn't work with volvos on iCarsoft models . I cant see how it would work to be honest with dozens of modules to interrogate .

It works fine on the V2.0 and V3.0 although its a little slow as the box churns through all the systems. I'm not sure the i906 does it at all.
