Sump washer size for D5204T engine?

Hi,

Doing my oil change on my V50 D4 D5420T engine soon
Forgot to order a sump plug washer

I‘ve read that the size is 18mm ID x 24mm OD x 1.5mm think and aluminium
Can someone confirm or advise the correct size if the above is incorrect please?

If you have ordered genuine Volvo oil and filter the washer normally comes taped to the filter box.
I have found the prices for genuine Volvo service kits are very reasonable on Ebay at the moment. (food for thought next time if you haven't done this time)
If not genuine then I would not worry too much as its aluminium you can get away with using it again as it will crush a bit more. Just remember to get one for next time.

yes those sizes are about right to within a fraction of a mill, i get mine from a seller on ebay- www.smartearlybird.co.uk, part no- SW8x5, you get 5 washers, ally and are just fine and are around- £2.80.
