Blue headrests

I am looking for a pair of headrests in blue to suit my 1970 145. The seats have the tubes fitted, but sadly the headrests have gone missing. There is also possibly a collar missing from the top of the tubes?
Anyone able to help me please?

I think I have pair, but there is a variation on width. What's the distance between your tubes?

Many thanks for your reply. It measures approx 28cm (or 11 inches) between the insides of the tubes!
