Default Route recording will not stop

Hi, I have a 2014 (September) V70 D4 SatNav bought in Jan 2018. I updated Sensus in June and as I was going on a road trip I started it recording Route. It will not stop. Nav is now virtually unusable. If I try Stop recording the SatNav freezes, the radio goes off. I have to shut off the engine to get them back. Help!

Since the sat nav is a computer, perhaps the standard computer fix of disconnecting it for 10 seconds and reconnecting it will clear the glitch. I'd pull the fuse, replace it and see if that fixes it.

Thanks Tatsfield, I had thought about doing this but wanted to ask advice before I did this. I will check the manual for the correct fuse and give it a go. With so much electronics I was a bit wary of giving it ago! Thanks for the advice.

Just in case anyone has a similar problem the easiest thing to do is reset Sensus to Factory settings through My Car. While this will wipe things like saved radio, POI etc it at least cures the system hang up.
