Default XC60 MK1 D5 Timing Belt Kit no bolts?

HI

I am about to change the Timing belt on my 215 D5 engine. I ordered the genuine kit 31359568 however was surprised to find there was no new bolts supplied.
All the non-genuine kits by reputable brands like Gates / Dayco / Contitech are supplied with new bolts.

What's the official line on this as normally Volvo supply any necessary fixings.

For the sake of a couple of £ for the bolts I would rather change if that's what's recommended.

Haynes does not say anything about changing so it looks like they are ok to re-use? Do they need some loctite etc?

Some confirmation would be appreciated as ive been able to find clarification with web searches.

I have a new nut and bolts for the pully.

Thanks in advance.
