VOC - car in use

Several times just lately the Volvo on call app on iPhone shows “car in use”at the top. The car is parked up in drive and locked. I have tried rebooting phone with no luck and starting car up then switching off and relocking again no luck. It then disappears after a day or so even though car not been used. Anyone had similar or thoughts on cause. Thanks.

Yes, I’ve encountered a similar error every now and then over the past few years. Often seems to be at the time that some other users complain about being locked out of the VOC app. Mine is currently showing my car on the drive, when it isn’t as it is at the dealers !
