Thumbs up Problem Solved, very happy guy here.

First I would like to say thanks to all that came up with ideas.

Second is that my car is now running like gusiness down my neck on a friday night. Wow, what a difference a new set of HT leads and some injector cleaner can do. I have had to slow the idle right down as it was ticking over at 1300rpm. Spayed the whole engine in degreaser, cleaned off then replaced the injector seals( did not want any crap in the holes, hence the order ).
Its like having a new engine, next time I need an engine head doing I will make sure all leads are replaced as well.

I was going to edit the first post , buts its not letting me.

Treated myself and the car today, feel really good even though it was a simple fix.

Car got the most expensive wash in my area (£9).

Next week its going for a full valet, she deserves it.

Thanks again to all.
