Default Traction light coming on during left hand bends

Hi,

Not sure if I have an issue but my car has recently started showing it’s traction control light at times I would not expect. I’ve narrowed it down I think to happening on sweeping left hand bends (4th gear so 40mph+ type speed ).

The light flashes briefly but no error messages.
The roads are wet but I don’t recall seeing it before. All four tyres are all the same (All season and have 6+mm of tread).

I don’t see the same traction light coming on during right hand bends (eg driving home on the same road).

I also noticed the light came on when hitting small amounts of puddled water on left hand side of road.

Does anyone have any ideas ? Wheel bearing / ABS sensor ?
Car is U.K. RHD 2010 D5 XC90 manual.

Thanks

90% wheel bearing.... though 10% cracked ring.

Might have a stored code, it will get worse over time if it's not a permanent issue.

I'll go with a cracked ABS reluctor ring, as Tannaton says, it will only get worse and more frequent, with skid control warning/disabled lights/messages etc

It should have stored codes so if you have Vida check it out, may even be able to see the split ring.

Hope it helps.

Hi,

I had this and it became permanent. Drive shaft had came loose. Tightening it fixed the issue.

FYI
