Default Throttle body

Hi, jist taken the throttle body of my 2007 v50 d to clean, it is the twin barrel type, the part was heavily gummed up and the sensor coated in gunk, maby a stupid question but there is only one flap, on the other barrel the bar with the slot is there but no flap, is this normal or should there be a flap?
I cant find a diagram anywere regards Freddiezak
Just found a video of cleaning the same throttle body and it definitely has 2 flaps so 1 od mine is missing? I ve had the car 4 months and been doing 340 mile trips no problem, then the car started but wouldn't t rev past 1200 rpm, changed the fuel filter car starts ok but wont rev past 1200
