Does anyone have the accessory Genuine Volvo Leather Pillow Charcoal 31470565?

Thoughts/info, good or bad.

I got mine from an online auction site and very happy with it.
It's not in the way but there as /when you want it.

I have a pair of charcoal ones. Expensive as sh§t but super high-quality and extra comfy. I got them as I found the built-in headrest pillow to be a bit to far back for a comfortable position on longer trips. With about 2cm extra padding in the accessory pillows - it is just perfect

Perhaps because it is a head-restraint, not a headrest?

Are these the simple cushions or the neck support ones with wing-tips?

I debated the wing tip one for passenger seat (didn't think it would be suitable for driver), but price made me hesitant.
