Strange sound problem
My 2011 v70 is fitted with premium sound that only works when the car is stationary, sound works ok with the engine on or off but as soon as you drive off you can hear a pop though the speakers and the sound goes off until the car is switched off.

I have similar problem on my 2012 S80 ever since I had water ingress into my headlight, which fried the adaptive headlights module. Replaced adaptive headlight module but problem persists. If the sound is on and I turn off the engine, I can still listen to radio etc., but as soon as I start the engine again, I hear a pop and no sound from the infotainment, parking sensors etc.
Only solution is turn engine off, open driver door so car thinks completely off (infotainment turns off completely), close door and switch engine on for it to work normally. Had Volvo look at it, run all the diagnostics, reinstall software etc. and no resolution. Have my own VIDA and couldn't find any faults or settings that would resolve. Gremlins.... i will give that a try to see if that works seems like a very strange problem i've had a look around the internet and doesn't seem that uncommon but doesn't seem to be a fix that i can see.

the turning the engine off and opening the drivers door did not work for me still went off as soon as the car moves of but over the last couple of days the sound has worked normally but i don't expect it will last. looked online and there are loads of reports of similar sound issues but no real solution.
