  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Have you got your pin code to set up VOC again. If you need to.

Yes there is a unique 4 digit pin for your VOC initial set up connection, if you have not got it contact your dealer for it.

Maybe that’s for the Sensus? I’ve paired a few time with AAOS previously but have never seen any mention of a PIN.

There's no pin. The only pin is when you are connecting Bluetooth and that's just to ensure that the right phone is syncing with the car. The only other thing I would try is deleting the app on your phone, restarting and then downloading it again. If that doesn't work I'd be on the phone to your dealer...

There is a pin to set up VOC to the car, it is usually carried out by the dealer at hand over, I was emailed my pin number for this prior to picking my car up, others are given it by the dealer at handover. (This is just for initial VOC set up to the car) not the app or for other things like Sensus or Google.

There’s no pin on the MY22 vehicles. I know this as I took delivery of one about 4 weeks ago.
