  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Yes it was to show there is a 4 digit code for setting up voc,

Never got a 4 digit code for the Volvo app. It automatically connects via Bluetooth as you need to enter your vin on the app to even proceed with the install.

Looks like systems changed then, and dealer help required to reactivate voc

Tap on Settings in top view.

Press CommunicationVolvo On Call.

- Select Activate UNIT to activate the Volvo On Call service and subscription. Contact your Volvo dealer for more information on subscription renewal and system reactivation.

– Select Button lock to decide when the SOS and ON CALL buttons are to be activated. The function means that the buttons are only activated if the car's electrical system is in ignition position I or II, or if the engine is running.

Thanks, but none of that is on the AAOS system. Dealer confirmed no PIN too.

They have no idea how to fix it though 🤷

So… think I’ve got to the bottom of this and it’s interesting..

Had a call from the dealer a few weeks ago - can you confirm your VIN. I did so.

Another call today, so we, err, think we gave you the wrong car. They had 2 identical cars and they put my number plates on the wrong one. God knows how they are going to solve it…
