Another call today, so we, err, think we gave you the wrong car. They had 2 identical cars and they put my number plates on the wrong one. God knows how they are going to solve it…

To close this off… swapped the car for the correct one today (first time I’ve ever seen 2 identical cars with the same number plates parked next to each other!) and all works perfectly.

The app is so much better - think previously it had only been working via Bluetooth so was very flaky. Dealer were very good and gave me a shed load of accessories free of charge and i now have a car back at zero mileage
