Question 940 heater control valves

I know this subject has been posted many times, but what is the correct part number for them ?? For right hand drive non air con cars.
I'm asking because there are some on ebay, item 224534798978 for £60.38, not cheap ! And god knows what the import duty would be.
But they look to be the correct one's, i have a new l/h drive one (mistakingly bought some time ago) and comparing it with the ebay one it is totally different, if you zoom in on the listing photo you can see the part number 9463108, the one in my photo's is for a l/h drive so you can compare them.
I am waiting for a reply from the seller. David.

9463107 is a LHD non A/C Volvo 700 heater valve so 108 end could be a 700 RHD

David.

Just had a reply from the seller (not much use) say's he does not know and suggest checking reference numbers.

Ill have a look David. I did notice the Ebay one had a sticker on which made me slightly wary as they are normally stamped

Looking at pictures I would say they are RHD ones and by the part number it appears to be for a 740. I'm not sure how much difference there is for a 740 compared to 940.

If they aren't genuine they might not be much good either

Skandix lists the HCV as being a single part for non-a/c 700 & 900 series cars:

https://www.skandix.de/en/spare-part...valve/1001873/

(this is for LHD obvs)

The difference between LHD & RHD is that the valves are essentially a mirror image. LHD outlet is on the right of the valve (3 o'clock position), RHD is a 9 o'clock

Have a look at this listing for an LHD version

Hi Mark, glad you agree with me, they do look to be RHD ones, I do not think there is a difference between the 740 and 940, unless someone knows better, as for being genuine Volvo is a guessing game, I have asked the seller, just have to see if he replies (although from his first reply I'm not holding my breath) but they do seem to be RHD and I've not seen any others. David.
