Here is my volvo 240 gl it's a 2.0 auto

I have had this car since the start of the year its been a cracking old bus I am looking to sell this car I have listed it on ebay 3 times with nothing but 100% time wasters

So it's a blue 240 saloon f reg
2.0 auto
6 moths mot

I use this car daily it's my road car and its a very clean shell as 240s go it has slight dent on wing and door drivers front ideally need replacing but really don't look that bad
Ite NEVER BEEN WELDED but does need a small patch in passenger floor pan about size of 20 cigarette packet and wants about 8 inches of wheel arch replacing on drivers side but on the dogleg of wheel arch it's never had paint or filler in rear quarters I've had loads of volvos and they all been bumped on quarters well 90% I've had

Starts every day drives bang on
One of the better shells you will find for sub 2k
Lowerd on 40mm lowering springs
4 new tyres
Refurbished wheels blasted and powdercoated
Brakes are perfect as every one knows 240s have a bad reputation on brakes

Bad points
2 patches of weld as stated
Interior is disgusting cross between weak coffee and poo brown
Blower motor has failed

So the interior carpets have been removed to weld it but fife gets in the way as we all know all trim bits are in boot the trim could be saved ideally wants 2 front seats a wild guess but the original owner may of been a bigger chap as seats had snapped on frame his son who inherited it had made seats up so its functian can be saved but in my opinion I don't like trim so was going to replace with a black or blue one

Selling to release some funds as I'm finishing my other 240 saloon that's 2.3 manual swapped turbo conversion really I should of done it to this car as its better in ways than my red one but to be honest sentiment I wouldn't let my red one go to waste its the volvo I fell in love with
