"It prevents five or more vehicles from "congregating, driving in convoy, or racing" in the county."

How does one not drive in a convoy of less that 5 vehicles!

I was in a convoy of around 80 vehicles covering a 200 m stretch of road this morning.
I'm sure there were at least five Volvo's in this convoy!

Also means parking at Tesco's is out - surely that's "congregating"

Just proves that common sense and real law has disappeared on the streets of this country, the gangsters (who don’t give a f—k) rule, while normal folk suffer

Cheers

Should clear traffic jams though, all the rush hour drivers imprisoned for two years for 'congregating'!!

Nice to see the thought it through properly........?

Tough choice eh, use existing powers to sort out a moronic antisocial minority or pass a headline grabbing but completely brain dead policy to look good in the local paper. Local government, got to love it.
