Now this is a rather cute little thing to pop to the shop to get your daily paper!!! To be honest, that's probably as far as you'd want to drive it

How absolutely lovely. I went to school in Farnham

Somehow £8,000 seems like nowhere near enough for something like that, but I suspect it will struggle to sell. If I had the covered space I’d almost certainly buy it for that price, but I’ve no idea what I’d then do with it.

Keep it as a trailer queen to take to shows! That said, it's a fair whack of £££ to have tied up in a glorified garden ornament for ~50 weeks of the year, assuming you get 7 weekends of shows in with it.

Then again, people do use them more than that, the condition of that one though i think says keep it as is and only show it.

Hi Alan,

Yes it does indeed look a fine example, and with your personal connection to Farnham, it is surely written in the stars??

If you think about with a bit of man maths, you could buy the van, and rent additional car storage using the fuel savings that you’d have spent if you bought the roller!! Storage space would only need to be tiny

Also the van, rather makes the roller look a tad vulgar and ostentatious.😀😀

Cheers

The whole point of the RR is to look vulgar and ostentatious though Steve; one would have to keep a wad of £50 notes handy to fan oneself whilst driving it.

The Austin does look rather twee - I suspect its value has already peaked, indeed it might go for a bit less in a few years.
