Why are you replacing them and does the Volvo price include lockers?

Talk again to the dealer or try another dealer, the price they're quoting is very high, I did mine a few years ago, the originals (2001) weren't chrome, something that only came later. I only needed 16 as I have lockers and I can't remember the exact price but it was no where near like what you've been quoted.

Don't bother with locking bolts, PITA.
Try FRF Volvo (RUFE), search this forum for details.

In 2005 I replaced the rusty original non chrome bolts on our 2001 V70 with genuine volvo chrome bolts, purchased via an ebay auction. Nine years later they are still good.

Note some of them are sold as single piece bolts and may be cheaper, I got the ones with a rotating cone washer.
