But you might not get kept waiting for as long! Two and a half hours at Micheldever the other day, most of it waiting for tracking, which I then never got doen as I had a meeting to get to, which I was then late for. And they had the gall to tell me it was a quiet morning!! All to save a tenner..

I've used BlackCircles once and they were fine - seemed to undercut most prices (but not Micheldever granted). However, Micheldever are not local to me so I can't justify driving down there to spend a couple of hours in the queue on a Saturday morning (it does always seem to be very busy). When I used BC the first time they had a local recommended company to do the fitting but the second time I had to travel a bit further. Of course any time you want to go to any tyre dealer on a Saturday morning you're going to waste a lot of time (based on my experience anyway).

Nowadays I go to CostCo - they fit the tyres while I spend too much money in the store itself They only do Michelin's however and you have to be a member.

I used Black Circles for 4 x Goodyear F1s (before I knew about the discount for VOC members). The price on the web was really good and my local tyre fitters (which I've used several times) could not match it - turns out they were the local agents anyway - so at least they got some of my hard earned dosh!

I ordered the tyres late one afternoon. I got a phone call later that evening to confirm details and and an appointment to have them fitted at my convenience. I'd definately use them again for what its worth.

Default General re-tyres.

I have never tried Blackcircles, but for general information reader might like to look at this site also:-
http://www.mytyres.co.uk/start.html.

For Norfolk, I've found Haverscroft Tyres in Norwich to be the cheapest around. Not exactly the most s****y tyre dealers, but excellent prices in my experience.

I got a very good deal a fortnight ago from BC on a set of Kleber Dynaxers for my 740SE, so therefore I heartily recommend them
