By the way, the £250 quote floor is for everyday cars. With classics we go right down to about £90 inc. admin fee.

With every Ferrari policy they give you the chance to win a drive in a Volvo...

all you have to do it take out the policy, burn up the Motorway at 155mph, and the nice officer will let you sit securely in the back of his V70 on the way home.

With the mix of reviews available about Chris Knott Insurance, I wanted to add my experience in to the mix.

Having only had my S80 for six months, this is my first insurance renewal. However, seeing as how it is a lower insurance grouping than my old A4 I was mystified that my insurance premium (Aviva, through A-Plan brokers) had increased by ~£100, hence shopping around.

Long story short, the best price I found on like-for-like cover was from Chris Knott. I rang up this morning and was attended to by an extremely helpful gentleman by the name of Paul. Having informed him that I had found an online quote for £466 he managed to get me a quote for £435 - that's £236 cheaper than my renewal quote!

Needless to say, bye-bye A-Plan, hello Chris Knott.

For info, I'm 38 years old live in a low risk postcode (I think ), have 5 years no claims and two accidents in the last 3 years (1 fault, 1 non-fault). I drive ~40K per year with full business cover, protected no claims and 90 day European cover.

How wierd you should query the above.
I also wondered what connection foestbreafe had with chris knott?
Maybe the first part of his post should have had quotes on it.
I reserve the right to not comment on the service provided by said company.
Regards Brian.
